Our lifestyle is getting worse by the day due to nutritional transition and sedentary lifestyle in this era of technology.

MISSION

DietCare Ghana,established in 2015,is with the unique purpose of demystifying the dieting mentality of the public and also helping people to differentiate fact from fiction.We are on a journey to help individuals achieve their health goals by empowering them with information and by actively participating in their own healthcare.We do this by focusing on small and incremental changes that has a long term transformational impact on our health.

DietCare Ghana offers readers a platform to be exposed to some simple nutrition and heath information that will lead to optimal and  better nutritional health and also to provide readers with up-to-date information and news from the world of nutrition and dietetics.

We don’t need a new drug or diet to get healthier, we just need to put into practice what we already know. In fact, proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle have been proven to slow, stop, or reverse the progression of chronic diseases 60-90% of the time, which is why when it comes to your health, knowledge is power
